Any ETAs we communicate become effective on the day your order is shipped. These estimates DO NOT include the time it takes for your package to get processed and shipped.

Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

For instance, if we tell you that you can expect your order within 10 business days and it ships on the May 1st, it should be arriving by May 15th.
