We have a quick fix that should help bring back your mouse to a working state.
Simply follow the steps below:
1. Make sure your mouse is plugged into a working USB port. Do not unplug it at any point!
2. Download the manual firmware updater here (once you click on the link, the download will immediately start and the new browser tab will close).
3. Extract the ZIP file and run the Model I FW Updater exe file as an administrator.
4. Click on Update Firmware. Your mouse cursor will be frozen during this time and the scroll wheel will be blinking red.
5. Once the update is finished, you will see the following message. You can close the firmware updater.
6. Your mouse should now be working without issues! :)
P.S. If your Model I is not being detected by the firmware updater, please unplug the mouse, hold RMB+LMB, and while holding those two buttons down, try plugging the mouse back in. Doing this forces the mouse to enter the bootloader mode. Then, kindly start the firmware updater again.
