Glorious Warranty FAQ

  • How do I register my product for the Warranty?

    • You can register your electronic Glorious product on the following page here
    • Registering your electronic Glorious product on our Website will provide you with an additional 1 year warranty.
    • You will need to provide your Contact Information, Place of Purchase, Product Purchase Date and Product Serial Number when registering your Product.

NOTE: This gives you 1 extra year of warranty. Even without registering your Glorious product, you still get 2 years of warranty for electronic Glorious products and 1 years of warranty for non-electronic Glorious products.

  • What is a Valid Proof of Purchase?

    • For products purchased from our website: reach out to our Customer Support Team using the email address you provided when initially placing your order.
    • For products purchased outside of our website: a simple screenshot of the invoice (showing Order ID, date of purchase, and product purchased) will do.

  • What if I don't have a Proof of Purchase?

    • Please reach out to your retailer / original place of purchase and see if they can assist you with a warranty claim.
    • If this is not an option, we'll need to ask some verification questions that will make it possible for us to assist you further.

  • Why does Glorious require a valid Proof of Purchase?

    • We must verify that you are the one who purchased the product.

  • Does the Warranty still apply if I purchase a Glorious product from a retailer?

    • Kindly get in touch with your retailer/local store first and see whether they are able to assist you further. If you have not been given any warranty options, we will be more than happy to honor the Warranty ourselves! You just need a legitimate screenshot of the invoice, order ID, or confirmation email (proof of purchase), and we will assist you.

  • What is covered?

    • Product defects caused by manufacturing.
      • This includes, but is not limited to:
        • Products not working straight out of the box, defective buttons or keys, RGB lighting issues, cosmetic defects, battery issues (for wireless mice), cable issues (for wired mice and keyboards), etc.

  • Are there any exclusions or limitations for the Warranty?

    • It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to:
      • Breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc.
      • The Warranty also does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage from the shipping process.

  • What if my product is legacy or obsolete?

    • If the product is no longer being sold on our website but is still within warranty, we will give in-store credit on our website equal to its MSRP.
    • If you are in a country that we currently do not ship to, let our Customer Support Team know.

  • Does Glorious offer protection plans that extend service coverage for their products?

    • Yes we do! You can register your electronic Glorious product on the following page here
    • You will need to provide your Contact Information, Place of Purchase, Product Purchase Date and Product Serial Number when registering your Product.

  • Is there any cost to me for returning my covered product?

    • No, we provide pre-paid return labels for defective mice and keyboards. Products that are not mice and keyboards do not get sent back to us.

  • How long will repair/replacement take?

    • Order processing takes 1-2 business days assuming the RMA unit is in stock.
    • For keyboards and mice that have to be returned, processing begins when you let us know that the defective product and pre-paid return label are in the mail.
    • Once the replacement product ships, you will receive a tracking number/link.

  • Does my warranty period renew if I get a replacement unit or use store credit to cover the full price of a Glorious product?

    • Getting a replacement unit or store credit from our website's support does NOT extend the warranty window for your next product past the date associated with your initial purchase.
