No, changing the mic volume in CORE will not affect windows microphone volume settings. This is a CORE specific option only.

What is sidetone?
Sidetone plays back your microphone audio through the headset while speaking into it.
How do I reset the device?
The headset needs to be connected via the cable to factory reset the device via CORE.
To reset the device, navigate to the General page of the CORE 2.1 software and select “Reset To Factory Settings”. A model window should pop up with instructions to connect the device via the cable.
Alternatively, you can reset the device by removing the left ear cup. Under this ear cup should be a reset button which can be pressed using a sim card removal tool.
Why do I see a Battery percentage discrepancy?
The headset LED, base station LED, and connected device readout may show slightly different percentages. This is expected and due to the way the battery level is read at the pack vs. cell level.
