International orders carry extra complexity. Ship times & tracking are often unpredictable.
IF YOUR SHIPPING METHOD IS DHL GLOBAL (different from DHL Express)
Once your order reaches its "destination country", DHL will likely pass the package off to a local shipping/postal carrier. You may not always be given a local tracking ID for the package. In this case don't panic, your order should still be fine and on its way - depending on the efficiency of your local carrier it can take 1-3 additional weeks for it to arrive.
Most orders should get a local tracking ID, though, which can be identified like this:
This means you can go to the website of your country's national post service and enter the local tracking ID there for status updates.
If you do not get a local tracking ID it does not mean your package is not on its way!
If it's been more than 25 business days since your package shipped out, we advise you to contact your local postal office to inquire if they have attempted delivery, if there was an error, or if they are holding it for some reason. If you receive no information on your package, please get in touch with us so we can assist you ASAP.
IF YOUR SHIPPING METHOD IS APC POSTAL LOGISTICS
If you were able to choose our DDP (delivery duty paid) shipping option at checkout, you get a hassle-free experience ordering and receiving your shipment directly to your door, and do not have to worry about dealing with your local Customs office.
Even though certain delays are still possible, more than 99% of the shipments arrive well within the estimated delivery ETA. Additionally, your tracking link should provide you with sufficient updates so that you know exactly where your package is both before and after it arrives in your country.
If, for some reason, you do not receive your package within several days of the estimated Delivery ETA, please get in touch with us so we can assist you ASAP.
