My Keyboard is not working after swapping from HE to MX Switches
Any mechanical switches you install in your GMMK 3 PRO HE keyboard will not register an input until you download Glorious CORE 2.1 and run the switch calibration tool.
Download and run Glorious CORE 2.1
Make sure your GMMK 3 PRO HE keyboard is plugged in.
Click on the keyboard when it appears on the home screen.
Click the “Performance” tab.
Run the Calibration Tool and follow the on-screen instructions.
What MacOS versions are compatible with CORE 2.1?
MacOS support is available for Apple-based Macs (M1/M2/M3) and on MacOS 11 or greater
What is the battery life of the GMMK 3 PRO and GMMK 3 PRO HE Wireless?
65%: Wireless: 28 hrs ; Bluetooth: 26 hrs
75%: Wireless: 24 hrs ; Bluetooth: 21 hrs
100%: Wireless: 22 hrs ; Bluetooth: 19 hrs
Is the GMMK 3 compatible with QMK?
Only the non-HE variants of the GMMK 3 support QMK when used in wired mode. You can get the QMK repositories here.
I’m experiencing double inputs on my Keyboard.
Increase the actuation of the switch and/or rapid trigger until you find a good combination of performance and speed.
Note: Very fast actuation and rapid trigger can cause additional inputs during tasks like typing.
I’m experiencing ghost inputs when not typing
Ensure nothing magnetic is near the keyboard keys, such as a smartwatch. These devices can contain magnets that falsely trigger key inputs.
I’m experiencing disconnections/reconnections over 2.4GHz wireless.
Plug your 2.4GHz USB-A receiver into the GMMK 3’s included extension dongle, then connect the extender to your keyboard’s charging cable. Place the receiver close to the keyboard. This can resolve connection issues caused by wireless interference.
My Windows or left Alt key is not working as intended on Windows/MacOS.
Check the switch on the top of the keyboard. Ensure it's set to the correct layout option (Windows or Mac) to adjust those keys accordingly.
Can I use non-Glorious HE switches on a GMMK 3 board?
We can only guarantee compatibility with Glorious HE switches as we've not done extensive testing on third-party magnetic switches.

Can I easily install MX and HE switches no matter what keyboard I got?
No, HE switches are only compatible with the GMMK 3 HE variants.
The GMMK 3 and GMMK 3 PRO only support MX Switches.
Is the Rapid Trigger functionality supported by all GMMK 3 models?
No, only the GMMK 3 HE and GMMK PRO 3 HE support Rapid Trigger functionality.
If I’m using a GMMK 3 Wireless, can I install a Plastic bottom case?
No, this is due to the cutout in the bottom case being different as the Wireless Keyboard has extra space for a battery. You'd need to use a Metal one.
