Once you complete an order on our website (and receive a confirmation email from us), the order data is sent to our warehouse for processing. In other words, our warehouse needs to accept the order data, process it, and ship out your package.
Under normal circumstances, this takes *1-2 business days and you get a tracking link as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
However, delays ARE possible during busy periods of the year, such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday, or the holiday season. Additionally, all carriers and processing centers have already reported some delays due to the effects of the COVID pandemic. All things considered, you might need to wait slightly longer (2-5 business days) till you get the tracking link for your order.
Last but not least, please note that the delivery estimates you see when completing your purchase DO NOT include order processing time.
If, for example, you choose a 2-3 day shipping option, that doesn't imply that the package will be delivered to you 2-3 days after you've checked out. It is only when you get the tracking link that the delivery estimate countdown begins.
