Most of the time, orders that appear as "unfulfilled" in your Glorious profile can still be canceled. That being said, there are rare situations where the package is on its way, but still shows as "unfulfilled" in your profile. If this happens, our support agents should be able to provide you with an update on your order's status.
BOARDSMITH GMMK 3 CANCELLATIONS
Boardsmith GMMK 3 builds follow a slightly different cancellation procedure. After you finalize your Boardsmith build, you should be able to cancel it in the next 72 hours by simply contacting our support. If more than 72 hours have passed, our CS agents will check how far our Boardsmith team has come in terms of building your keyboard. Based on this, we'll let you know whether we can honor your cancellation request.
