I Am Getting a "Device is Disconnected" Message In The Glorious Software

This fix is PRIMARILY for the Glorious Model D gaming mice, so it may not work with a Glorious Model O/O Minus mouse. There is no harm in giving it a try, though!

Please follow the guide below and you should have the software up and running in no time.

  1. Download the following zipped firmware file
  2. Right-click the downloaded file and extract it to the folder of your choice.
  3. Open the extracted folder, right-click the "Auto_Online_Upgrade" file and run it as an administrator
  4. An installation window will open. Let the window close on its own. (you will see a "waiting" message)
  5. If the mouse stops working after the firmware update window closes, simply unplug it and plug it into the same USB port again
  6. Start the Glorious software - it should now work fine

If the firmware installation window is stuck on "waiting" for 5-10 minutes, it means your mouse already has the latest firmware update.
However, if you are still experiencing issues with the Model D software, kindly get in touch with our support so we can assist you further.
