Why Is My Tracking Link Stuck At The Same Place For Days (DHL Global or APC Shipments)?

Sometimes there can be certain delays or gaps in tracking updates while your order is still on its way. We occasionally see tracking for international orders show as "stuck" in the same place for an extended period of time, even when it is actually in motion. This is not unusual and does not indicate any problem. In some cases, packages are delivered before the tracking info is updated at all.

Once the package reaches the destination country, it will generally be forwarded to a local postal carrier for final delivery. You may or may not get a local tracking link. 

We understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately we do not have any control over the carrier's tracking systems. However, rest assured, lost packages are rare, and your order is likely on its way without any issues.
