CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT YOUR ORDER? NO PROBLEM.
You can cancel your order through our self-service portal as long as it's not being fulfilled.
How to cancel your order:
- Go to the Account Management page.
- If you do not have an account, please create one. Use the same email you used when placing the order.
- Once you log in and see your order history, click on the order that you want cancelled. If you have just placed your order, there should be a "CANCEL" button under "Order Actions".
If you do not see the "CANCEL" button, simply click on "Contact Support" and submit a support ticket. Our customer support agents will check whether the order can still be cancelled and do that for you.
