Do you ship to APO's? 

Yes, we do! Shipping usually takes 20-45 days.

  • Parcel Standard - DPD/DHL (2-4 days)
  • Parcel Express - DPD/DHL (1-2 days)

COUNTRIES COVERED BY EU DIRECT FULFILLMENT

All European Union member states, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

If you do not live in any of these countries, your package will be shipped from a US warehouse.

  • APC Postal Logistics (7-10 days)
  • DHL Globalmail (8-20 days)
  • DHL Express (3-6 days)

We always strive to provide you with a hassle-free shipping experience - if this is not the case, our support agents are just a message away! That being said, please make sure that once you have the tracking for your package, you keep an eye on it and ensure someone is available to receive it at the designated address.

Anything I should know about your international shipping methods?

All shipping methods come with an estimated time of arrival (depending on location) from the day the package leaves our warehouse. Currently, we do NOT ship to these countries due to constant delivery issues, including orders getting lost or arriving terribly late.

Sometimes, the tracking link associated with your shipment may not receive major updates for a few days after it leaves our warehouse. This is normal and there is no reason to get worried as you should still see all relevant tracking updates. However, if you believe your shipment is stuck or mis-shipped, reach out to our support.

What about duties and fees?

International orders have added complexity over domestic shipments. Fortunately, we currently offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping via APC Postal Logistics. This is what you need to know:

  • Customers using APC can receive complete transparency when it comes to duties/taxes on any shipment and pay these costs upfront when checking out on our website.
  • By paying these fees beforehand, you get a hassle-free experience ordering and receiving your shipment directly to your door, and do not have to worry about dealing with your local Customs office.
    • By implementing DDP shipping, your shipments should no longer be held by carriers and Customs for duties/taxes/fee collections prior to reaching your destination.
  • European customers having their package shipped from our EU warehouse should also get their products without having to pay extra duties and fees prior to delivery. 

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.

THINGS TO KNOW ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY

At Glorious we strive to make your shipping experience as great as possible and we promise never to ship you an empty box!

You will receive a tracking notification from us as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. The package is then handed to a shipping carrier which is responsible for successfully delivering it to your home.

Depending on the size of your package and your address, the local post office can leave the package at your doorstep/porch, mailbox, or at your reception desk. Once the tracking updates with a "DELIVERED" status, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or instances of theft. We do, however, understand the frustration that this may cause, which is why we partnered with Route to offer you premium package protection.

What is Route?

Route is one of the leaders in package protection and tracking solutions. When checking out on our website, Route is enabled by default, thus your order is protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be refunded. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support and we'll be happy to file a claim on your behalf. 

It is possible to remove Route Package Protection at checkout, however we strongly advise against doing it as we cannot guarantee a satisfactory resolution if your package gets lost or stolen.
