Coiled Cable Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing connectivity concerns with your Coiled Glorious Cable, kindly please attempt the Troubleshooting solutions below: 

  1. Try a different USB port on your Computer.

  2. Try a different cable to confirm if the concern is due to the Coiled Cable and not the device being connected.

  3. Try a different USB port on your Computer.

  4. Check if the connections at every point are fully connected, especially at the adaptor. Be sure that the securing screw from the board cable is closed as the adaptor’s male connection not being fully pushed into the other cord could cause issues.
